Locate Sites and Buildings

LocateLincoln is a geographic information system that enables users to easily conduct a detailed search for available sites and buildings in the Lincoln area. The system interfaces with the Midlands Multiple Listing Service (MLS) a service of the REALTORS Association of Lincoln, and incorporates key infrastructure data (utilities, schools, roads, communication, zoning, etc.) from the City of Lincoln and other cooperating agencies.

The system includes two search options. The Simple Site Search option quickly generates a list of suitable sites based only on site type and size. The Advanced Site Search offers a list of site variables including drive times to airports, proximity to water and sewer lines, and zone types. The system also reports demographic characteristics within a specified radius of a given site.
